television and cinema fields will welcome the well-equipped,
experienced young communications specialists who will have
an important role in shaping Turkish society. In the Department
of Film and Television, education is both theoretical and
practical. While some of the theoretical courses are in
the history of film, film theories, media-culture-society,
and visual language, the practical courses include directing
for film and TV, cinematography, scriptwriting, documentary,
digital film and television technologies, film production

Türkiye’sinde hızla değişen ve değişmekte olan sinema ve
televizyon alanlarında donanımlı ve genç iletişimciler toplumsal
yaşamın biçimlendirilmesinde önemli rol alacaklardır. Sinema
ve televizyon dört yıllık eğitim kuramsal ve uygulamalı
olarak yapılır. Kuramsal dersler arasında; sinema tarihi,
film kuramları, sanat-kültür-toplum, film çalışmaları, görüntü
ve ses gibi dersler yer alırken uygulamalı dersler öykü
